First copywriter at Etsy and WeWork, now content designer at Shopify (yay decentralized commerce indeed)

Hi there! I’m Michelle Traub, a NY-CA transplant who’s long loved the rhythm of our words.

For six years, I helped Etsy define its voice via writing for editorial, marketing, UX & PR. I’ve since led content strategy at an app for people with HIV, built the copy team from the ground up at WeWork, contracted for clients like Casper, launched my own creative fitness project, and led copy & creative strategy at a design agency. I currently serve on the creative team for Shopify.
